Open Enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year concluded on February 19, 2010, however Mountainville Academy will continue to accept Intent to Register (ITR) forms until Fall. ITRs received after February 19, 2010 will be added after lotteried students and accepted as openings become available.
Preparing for 2010-2011 Registration:
Pleast note: Children must turn five (5) on or before September 1st of the school year in order to enroll in Kindergarten. Applications received for children who are not old enough to attend school for the 2010-2011 school year will not be accepted.
Important: The law requires that all children be current on their immunizations or have an exemption granted by the Health Department. Additionally, children entering Kindergarten are required to provide proof of vision screening. Students who are not in compliance may not be allowed attendance. Please prepare in advance for your child's registration at Mountainville Academy by checking the most current Immunization Requirements and making appropriate arrangements to update any needed immunizations and/or vision screening as soon as possible.
Mountainville Academy is not responsible for applications that are late, incomplete, illegible, or contain misinformation therein. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that Mountainville Academy has been provided with correct information, including a valid email address. Please be sure to fill in all requested fields and double-check spelling, dates, phone numbers,email addresses, etc. before you submit the application. It is imperative for all information to be complete and accurate.
