Biography

I have lived most of my life in Utah. My husband, Greg, and I are blessed with a wonderful family including 29 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I am a proud graduate of the University of Utah. I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and needlework, but my favorite pastime is reading. The love of learning has always been a very important part of my life and bookshelves are in every room of our home.

I am very pleased to be teaching second grade and I have had 17 wonderful years at Mountainville Academy! There are very few experiences in life that can compare with that of seeing the light in a child's eyes when they learn something new. To be part of a positive, forward-thinking educational institution like Mountainville Academy and spend my days with wonderful children and co-workers is truly a joy.
