Erin Adcock
1st Grade Teacher
I'm thrilled to be teaching 1st-grade for my 9th year at Mountainville Academy!!
I am a BYU graduate with a degree in Psychology and have also earned my State of Utah Professional Teaching License. I have also completed 2 years of LETRS training for Language Arts. My husband and I have been married for 33 years and have raised four sons, who are married, and I have one grandchild. We love living in beautiful Alpine! Some of my hobbies include playing pickleball, mountain biking, hiking, and -of course- TEACHING! I am SO excited to get to know the awesome 1st graders of 2025-26! We are going to have a great year!
