Biography

Wendy Castleton is an instructor, artist, illustrator, graphic designer, and Certified Master Mindpower Coach. She studied Graphic Design at the University of Utah and has a lifelong love of art, creativity, music, learning, and helping children discover their unique abilities.

Wendy has taught children’s art classes for many years and designed and co-illustrated the children’s book The Miracle of Jesus, published in both English and Spanish. She is also a pianist and organist and has served as a music director.

Wendy and her sweetheart, Jon, raised their six children in a small Utah town and now have five wonderful grandchildren. Family is truly the center of her life.

She loves traveling, hiking, gardening, creating art, playing the piano, spending time with her family, and, of course, dark chocolate! She completed the Park City Marathon, hiked the backside of Mount Timpanogos last year, and was even engaged to Jon on top of Lone Peak! ⛰️

Wendy is grateful to be part of Mountainville Academy and loves helping children learn, grow, create, build confidence, and recognize the wonderful potential within themselves.
